The vendor or the vendor’s assigned logistics partner will deliver the products/services to their end customers within the specified timelines provided by the vendor.

The customer has the following shipping options:

1. Delivery within 60 to 90 minutes (e.g., fresh meat, fresh vegetables, etc.)
2. Delivery in specific time slots (e.g., breakfast, lunch, etc.)
3. Delivery after the specified number of days (e.g., customized products, groceries, etc.)

Customers and vendors/logistics partners can monitor the delivery status through the app.
